5. What is your return and exchange policy?
Our return and exchange policy is as follows; Returns and exchanges must be made no later than two weeks (14 days) after the customer receives the item. Item must be in its original condition (unworn/unused and unwashed) and in its original box (if applicable). The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
For returns: once we receive the item we will submit a refund for its full cost minus any shipping charges.
For exchanges: once we receive the original item along with the payment for the return shipping charges we will ship the new item back to the customer.
